Payment Information

To start with, we can accept payments via credit or debit card (3% surcharge on credit cards), over the phone or in person, or via a cheque. Cheques should be made payable to HA Adnams.

When making the total for the initial payment bear in mind the following points.

1. If your holiday is over 10 weeks away, then we require a deposit equal to one half of the total, to the nearest pound.
2. If your holiday is less than 10 weeks away, then we require payment in full.
3. If you require our Cancellation Insurance then this amount is added to 1. / 2. above.
4. Remember that if you are bringing your pet (if property permits) then there is an additional fee of £25.00 per week.

Other Charges that can be made

Linen hire: If your cottage needs linen and you would like to hire this rather than bring your own, please call Sam on 01502 578671 direct, to arrange.

Any property requiring cleaning after the tenant’s departure will incur an additional charge proportionate to the work involved.

Telephone calls, where applicable are payable to our office at the end of the Tenancy.

All charges made for additional items i.e. central heating, domestic help, etc, are subject to variation due to any national or other unforeseen increases. Should the electricity or gas providers make an increase, we reserve the right to pass this on to the tenant.

If personal belongings are left behind, a minimum charge of £10.00 will be made for collection, postage and packaging. No guarantee can be made that these can be dispatched within a specified time. Any item not claimed within 2 weeks will be taken to the local charity shop.
