This cottage is used regularly by the owners and is recommended for a family holiday for both summer and winter breaks. Booster chair, travel cot available for tenants use. 3 bedrooms: First with king size bed (5ft) second with 3ft single, leading through to third bedroom with pair of bunk beds (3').

Sitting room with colour TV/DVD/video player, free view box. Kitchen with dining table, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. Step down to modern bathroom with washbasin, shower over bath and WC.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water.

Garden:
Two steps down to small court yard and through gate to Private rear garden with garden furniture and shed for bike storage. Communal passageway between house and garden.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Colour TV/DVD/video player, CD player, freeview box, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer.
