2 bedrooms (two single beds, 1 double bed and washbasin), bathroom and WC. Open tread staircase.

Ground floor:
Cloakroom and WC. Dining room. Sitting room. Kitchen, electric cooking and fridge.

Heating:
Gas central heating and water heating. Central heating is an additional Ł25 per week if required.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Colour TV, microwave, video.

Garden:
Small courtyard. Parking is at the side of the cottage with narrow driveway, only suitable for a small/medium car.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows.

Restrictions:
