A traditional Grade 11 listed cottage situated in an excellent position close to shops, restaurants and the common where you will find tennis courts and the golf course. Within easy walking distance of the beach and all other amenities. For the walking enthusiast there are many public footpaths that will take you round the marshes and country side. Stairs to first floor with hand rail on left hand side up to.

First floor:
2 bedrooms with (two 2ft 6in beds and one 4ft 6in double bed).

Ground floor:
Sitting room with new TV/DVD player and "Victorian" cast iron gas fireplace, dining room. Small galley kitchen with electric oven/hob, fridge with ice compartment, and microwave. Bathroom with washbasin, shower cubicle and WC.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: TV/DVD, electric shower and microwave.

Garden:
Enclosed rear south facing garden with summerhouse, patio and garden furniture.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows.

Restrictions:
Small dog welcome (not allowed on furniture). No smoking. No children (except babe in arms). A Ł75 damage deposit is required with booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay if property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
