A charming detached period cottage modernised to a high standard whilst retaining many original features including exposed beams. The local public house is just along the road. This cottage is set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside with many attractions along the heritage coast. Just a few miles away are the well known towns and villages of Aldeburgh, Walberswick and Southwold. Main entrance into property is by the side door into kitchen. Steep cottage staircase with no handrail up to:-

First floor:
3 bedrooms, (two king size beds, 3ft bunk beds). Bathroom with WC, hand held shower over bath and washbasin.

Ground floor:
Front door leading into dining room, and through to sitting room with colour TV, DVD player and French doors into garden. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Cloakroom/Utility with W.C. and Butlersink.

Heating:
Oil fired central heating, Oil water heating.

Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Colour TV, DVD player microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine.

Garden with table and chairs.
