Sitting room with TV and DVD player, dining room with TV. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with washbasin, shower over bath, wash basin and WC.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: TV's, DVD player, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble-drier.

Garden:
Enclosed rear courtyard/garden with patio and garden furniture. Outside shed housing washing machine and tumble-dryer. Use of garage for car or bikes.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows. Linen and towels included.

Restrictions:
Children welcome. No pets. No smoking.

Rents:
