Entrance is through an arched gateway from the gravel drive and patio area, with the front door to the left of a small courtyard garden. staircase with right handrail up to:-

First floor:
1 bed/sitting room with 4ft 6in double bed, sofa, TV, DVD/CD and Radio.

Ground floor:
Kitchen/dinette with breakfast bar, electric cooker with 2 ring hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave. Bathroom with shower attachment over the bath, WC, and wash basin. Back door to garden.

Heating:
Storage heaters, electric towel rail and electric hot water.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Colour TV, DVD/CD/ Radio, microwave, fridge and BBQ.

Garden:
The gardens are shared with the cottage but offer some seclusion, there is a gas BBQ and garden furniture.

Parking:
Off road parking at the side of property for one car (available to the annex except for peak period C - H). On road parking also available.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows.

Restrictions:
No pets. No smoking. TV reception variable with some channels. This property can also be booked with the Coach House date band G and H only at a rent of: - G - Ł800, H - Ł610
