Front sitting room with electric wood burner effect stove TV/video, DVD/CD player, 2 steps down to dining room, one step down to kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher, espresso maker, washer/dryer.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Colour TV/video, DVD/CD player, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave, fridge BBQ.

Garden:
Shared garden with garden furniture and gas BBQ.

Parking:
Shared off road parking at the side of property for one car. Roadside parking available.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows.

Restrictions:
No pets. Children by request. No smoking. Narrow tread staircase with small turn in the middle. TV reception variable with some channels. Low beams to stairs and bathroom. The Coach House and Annex can also be booked together with the date band G and H only at a rent of :- G - £800 H - £610
