First floor:
There are a few steps either side of the top of the staircase. Sitting room, bay window with sea views, bridge table. 3 double bedrooms (two 3ft single beds, 5ft king size bed, two 2ft 6in single beds). Steps to separate WC.

Ground floor:
All-electric fitted kitchen, fridge. Covered drying area with cupboards and worktop. Sitting/dining room, French windows with sea views. Bathroom with heated towel rail, bath and shower. Airing cupboard. Adjoining cloakroom with hand basin.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Microwave, telephone (incoming calls only), colour TV, small radio, CD player.

Garden:
Small enclosed rear yard with outside WC.

Bedding:
Blankets and pillows.

Restrictions:
No pets. No smoking. No children under 11 - except in carry cot. Not suitable for the elderly, or people who have difficulty with stairs, due to no banister only rope rail. Long narrow corridors and steps at various intervals on ground and first floor.
