A small period cottage next to the Anchor Hotel, only a short walk to the village shops, and beach. Ideal for walking and cycling. Entrance is via the side gravelled path to back door only. Steep cottage staircase with right handrail up to:-

2 bedrooms (one with 4ft 6in double bed and a 3ft single bed, front bedroom with 5ft king size bed.

Ground floor:
Front sitting room with flat screen TV/DVD/CD player. Dining room with French doors to back garden with sun porch. Kitchen, electric cooker, refrigerator with ice compartment, microwave. Bathroom with cubicle power shower, wash basin and WC.

Heating:
Electric heating and water heating.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Colour TV/DVD/CD player, microwave, fridge.

Garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Duvets and pillows.

Dog welcome. Children by request. No smoking. Meter for electricity - takes Ł1 coins.
