Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and WC.

Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: TV, CD and DVD player, sky box, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Front garden with off-road parking for 3 cars and use of garage. Large rear garden with patio area, garden furniture and trampoline and enclosure (Tenants' use at own risk) .

Duvets and pillows. Bed linen available Ł40 - Ł60 per booking.
