Entrance hall with new cloakroom to the left with washing machine; comfortably furnished sitting room with Freeview TV, DVD/video player and radio/CD player; off the hall there is a level access to a new downstairs shower room with WC and basin, and then to a new internal hall with level access to a new dining room with large sliding doors to a new large patio; one step down from existing hall to kitchen with fitted cupboards, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, freezer, microwave cooker and dishwasher; one step up from the kitchen to new dining room.
