It will sleep 10 in full size beds. Cots and high chair (by request). Not being immediately in Southwold means no parking problems as there is space for up to 4 vehicles. First floor:
TWO EN-SUITE double bedrooms (king size beds, large showers and dressing area with fitted cupboards). The larger bedroom has a sitting area with Multiyork sofa, table and wall mounted 32in LCD Freeview TV. 3 further bedrooms, 2 with 3ft twin beds and one with 3ft bunk beds, all with fitted cupboards. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

Ground floor:
Entrance hall. Separate large WC, with wash basin. Luxury kitchen/dining area with double doors to garden, Rangemaster cooker (double size), fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Sitting room with two leather Multiyork settees and additional seating, 40in Sony LCD TV with Freeview DVD player/radio and selection of DVDs, door to garden, there is additional seating area on landing. Washing machine and spin dryer available. Next to the kitchen is a garage converted to a family room with seating, 32in. TV and DVD leading through to games room with table tennis, both accessed by outside door next to kitchen, some beach equipment is available for tenants use.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Televisions, DVD players, Freeview boxes, freezer, microwave, washing machine, spin dryer, dishwasher.

Garden:
Garden with patio area, decking and table with 8 chairs.

Parking:
Off road parking for up to 4 cars.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows. Linen and towels NOT provided.

Restrictions:
Children welcome, stair gate, travel cot, two high chairs available. No smoking. No pets.

Rents:
*NB £700pw for the 27th March - 10 April
