A listed, double fronted cottage well situated on the much favoured South Green, facing south west and within easy reach of the sea and shops. There are no roads between the house and the beach.

First floor:
2 double bedrooms (two double beds) overlooking South Green with views west towards the harbour. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Twin bedded room with views towards the sea. Single bedroom with superb sea views and up and under beds.

Ground floor:
Sitting room with TV (selected channels only, for wider range and sport please bring own sky card) video and DVD player. Separate dining room. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Door leading to garden with outhouse containing washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower attachment, basin and WC.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water. Airing cupboard.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Colour TV, video, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, payphone, electric towel rail, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Garden:
Sheltered walled garden at rear with barbecue. Small garage with parking for one small car only, and must be parked in the garage so as not to obstruct the alley way.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows.

Restrictions:
No pets. No smoking. Available for short lets by arrangement when a vacancy occurs. Charter Fair takes place on South Green between Tues 1st June - Mon 7th June
