A spacious mews cottage situated in a quiet sheltered position very close to the Common, South Green, beach and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, pubs and harbour. Narrow doorway and stairs.

3 bedrooms (one double, two twin bedded rooms, one with cot), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 electric shower).

Fitted kitchen/dining room (all electric), sitting room, cloakroom and WC.

Ample storage heaters. Electric water heating.

Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Two TVs, one with freeview and, one with integral video. Radio, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, shower.

Small enclosed paved/walled rear courtyard, home to the characters from The Wind in the Willows.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows. Plus blankets. Linen provided (not for cot).
