Facilities:
Garage plus unrestricted parking outside in Pier Avenue. 2 directors chairs, deckchair, windbreak and various beach games together with an assortment of DVDs, games, books etc are available free of charge for guests during their stay; 2 adult mountain bicycles available for hire at £25pw each (hired and used at tenants' own risk). Welcome pack provided.

Weekend/midweek breaks available, min 3 nights (excluding Easter and half term weeks).
Rents for out of season short breaks:

Reduced nightly rates of £85 per night for 2 people or £99 per night up to 4 people.
Minimum 3 nights stay required.
A £75 "Good Housekeeping/Damage" deposit is required with booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay if property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
