Open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room with lockable door onto south-facing balcony. Newly fitted kitchen with integrated electric cooker, electric hob and dishwasher and freestanding fridge.

Heating:
Storage heaters in all rooms. Electric water heating.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cappuccino/espresso maker. Large wall mounted, flat screen colour TV, DVD player, iPod docking station (iPod not included), CD player. Wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD player, radio and hairdryer in main bedroom.

N/A. Property has south facing balcony

Facilities:
Garage plus unrestricted parking outside in Pier Avenue. 2 directors chairs, deckchair, windbreak and various beach games together with an assortment of DVDs, games, books etc are available free of charge for guests during their stay; 2 adult mountain bicycles available for hire at £25pw each (hired and used at tenants' own risk). Welcome pack provided.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows. Plus blankets. Towels/linen can be arranged if required (additional charges apply)

Restrictions:
No pets. No smoking. Weekend/midweek breaks available, min 3 nights (excluding Easter and half term weeks).

Rents for out of season short breaks:
£110 per night for 5 people. Reduced nightly rates of £85 per night for 2 people or £99 per night up to 4 people. Minimum 3 nights stay required. A £75 "Good Housekeeping/Damage" deposit is required with booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay if property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
