Sitting room. Small kitchen/diner, electric cooking, fridge. Rear glazed passage leading to small bedroom approached by small step with 1 single bed. Shower room with WC and washbasin.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Small colour TV, microwave, dishwasher, gas fire in sitting room.

Garden:
Enclosed small patio area housing 2 wheelie bins.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows.

Restrictions:
No pets. No smoking. No children under 10 years old. Charter Fair takes place on South Green between Tues 1st June - Mon 7th June.
