A small, old-fashioned period cottage, suitable for one couple.

First floor:
Bedroom with two single beds, en suite WC and wash basin. Storage heater. A restricted narrow and low staircase leads to ATTIC ROOM with two 2ft 6in Z beds. Watch your head - very low beams and ceiling in this room.

Ground floor:
Sitting/dining room with gas fire. Small kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and separate freezer. One older-style storage heater. Step to bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Low, steep and winding staircase with narrow tread to first floor. N.B: This little cottage has very low ceilings, doorways and winding narrow staircases and is therefore not suitable for tall people or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

Heating:
One new gas fire, two storage heaters, one convector heater.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Storage heaters, gas fire, colour TV, freezer.

Garden:
Small courtyard which houses wheelie bin and suitable for bicycle store.

Bedding:
Duvets (synthetic) and pillows (Feather/Down). Plus blankets.

Restrictions:
No pets. No smoking. No children except with parents taking full responsibility.
