Sitting room with colour TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cloakroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Dining room. Kitchen, electric cooking, fridge/freezer, microwave, pantry.

Heating:
Gas central heating and hot water.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: Two colour TVs, video, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, washing machine.

Garden:
Enclosed rear patio with table and benches.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows. Linen provided tenants must supply towels.

Restrictions:
No pets. No smoking. No children under 12 years old. A Ł100 damage deposit is required with booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay if property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
