The cottage sits in the renowned Suffolk coast with its beautiful beaches and unspoilt seaside towns of Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich and Aldeburgh all a short drive away offering a wealth of activities from sunbathing to crab fishing and sailing. For the birdwatcher the world famous RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve with its many and rare species such as Bitterns lies just six miles away, regular walks and events are organised at this superb site. Blythburgh has a stunning church where summer concerts are held, a sixteenth century pub and local shop as well as being the start of a number of beautiful walks. For music lovers the Snape Maltings is a concert venue of international note including a festival during June. Walking and cycling straight from your front door. You can bring your own bikes.

Front door leading into cosy sitting room with TV and DVD player. Small reading room (with book and games store) with door to garden. Kitchen/diner with butler sink, electric oven, hob and microwave. Utility/cloakroom with freezer, washer/ dryer, WC and wash basin. Steep winding cottage staircase with rope handrail up to:

First floor:
3 bedrooms: (4ft 6in Double bed, 2 3ft single beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed) and back bedroom with 4ft small double bed. Bathroom with cubicle Shower, bath with hand held shower attachment, W.C, shaver socket and wash basin.

Heating:
Oil central heating and water heating plus Water softener.

Appliances:
Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: TV, DVD player, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer.

Garden:
Enclosed garden with steps up to Cottage, garden furniture, BBQ, washing line and gate leading to driveway. South West facing aspect to Blythburgh Church and the saltmarshes.

Parking:
Off road parking for one car In front of garage nearest to the house (no use of garage).

Bedding:
Duvets, pillows, and Egyptian cotton linen and towels provided.

Restrictions:
Children welcome. Small dog welcome. No smoking. May not be suitable for toddlers due to steep stairs in this property however high chair and stair gate available in property.
