Large (3/4 acre) enclosed sunny south facing garden bordered by grassy 10ft bank (sea wall) with wild flowers. Access to the beach via orchard (help yourself to fruit) and gate at the end of garden. Garden furniture and arbour with swing seat,. Cart lodge with wood store and plenty of extra garden chairs and sun umbrella.
Bedding:
Duvets and pillows. No linen nor towels provided.
Parking:
Parking for 2 cars in front of garage or more on grass.
Damage deposit:
£250 damage deposit is required with booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay, if property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
